On their behalf, we are searching for a Group Benefits Analyst to join their team!


This role is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team to start and grow your career with a respected employer. Demonstrating eagerness and a desire to develop and learn the business, the Group Benefits Analyst will support the Vice President and Consultants in all aspects of client correspondence and contract development.


In this role, you will gain excellent mentorship and business exposure working within an experienced and skilled professional services environment. Attention to detail is key to ensure high quality and accurate client documentation. The Analyst will prepare various documents, including reports and proposals, and demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets. A commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients is integral, as well as the effective management of administrative tasks, such as email correspondence and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.


What You Will Need:
• Successful completion of a recognized post-secondary course of study/degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently when needed.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Basic administrative skills and familiarity with office equipment are important.
• Eagerness to engage in industry-related training and continue professional development.
• Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software is a plus.
• While not required, knowledge of Employee Group Benefits would be beneficial.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are key aspects of this role.
