As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Building Operator with the day-to-day operations of the South Park (CURVE and PAVILION) property and be responsible for the general maintenance and repair of all suites and common areas within the complex. With a focus on ensuring safety, operations and customer service is kept to the highest standards, you will take a pro-active approach to repairs and maintenance, reviewing the progress of open work orders and ensuring issues have been fully addressed, as well as investigating and trouble shooting any building concerns.

As the ideal candidate you have a minimum 4 years of proven similar experience. you have demonstrated your ability to ensure preventative and corrective maintenance plans and programs are followed. You have knowledge of and experience with different automated building management systems and you are the type of person who takes initiative and is proud of the work you do to ensure tenants have the best experience possible. Above all else, you stay calm in high pressure situations and can creatively solve problems.
